Shipping policy
At W&H, we strive to deliver exceptional quality and craftsmanship with every pair of shoes. To ensure the utmost attention to detail, our manufacturing process begins after the order is received. Here's what you can expect regarding the shipping and delivery of your order:
Order Processing:
Once your order is received, it takes between 24 to 48 hours for us to transfer it to our production line. During this time, we verify the details and prepare your order for the handcrafting process. We appreciate your patience during this initial stage.
Manufacturing Process:
Our dedicated artisans take pride in meticulously handcrafting each pair of shoes. We manufacture in small batches to have the shoes ready once our customers place an order. We believe that quality craftsmanship cannot be rushed, and we strive to deliver excellence with every order. We also believe that our customers experience means everything, we guarantee quality and readiness of your order
Distribution Center and Shipping:
Once the handcrafting process is completed, your shoes are transferred to our Distribution Center located in Miami, Florida. From there, we ship domestically within the United States and to Canada via UPS, a trusted shipping carrier known for its reliability and efficiency. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Once your order is ready to ship we will email your tracking information.
Shipping Timeframes:
After the manufacturing process is complete, please allow an additional 1 week for processing and preparation at our Distribution Center before your order is shipped. This ensures that your shoes are carefully packaged and ready for a safe journey to your doorstep.
Estimated Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time will depend on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. For domestic shipments within the United States, you can calculate the estimated delivery time by visiting the UPS website. For deliveries to Canada, please use the UPS Canada website. We recommend logging in and providing the necessary shipment details to receive the most accurate rate and delivery time information.

Shipping Destinations
We will ship to any physical address in the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada (Excluding U.S. Territories and Protectorates [American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, Marshall Islands, Federal States of Micronesia, Palau, U.S. Minor Outlying Islands]). We will not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses; we will not ship outside of the United States this time. Each package requires signature confirmation therefore timely delivery requires that the customers make themselves available for its reception.
